	I always thought kung fu was impractical and too slow for fitness. I tried Muay Thai for a week and thought, “why am I training to fight in a ring with gloves & rules?” I decided to try the introductory course of Southern Preying Mantis and realised the effectiveness of the art for street combat and fitness.
